What to bring to the Workshop: Art Supplies you are comfortable using such as crayons, colored pencils, markers, oil pastels, pens, pencils, gel pens, and chalk pastels. Unlined Paper or Journal for art processes and notes Nice Pen Recording: This class will be recorded and made available within 2 hours after the live lecture. Recordings are available for 90 days after the class.

  • Kelly Daugherty, LCSW-R, FT, GC-C, BC-TMH

    Kelly Daugherty, a seasoned social worker with over two decades in the clinical field, is a Fellow in Thanatology, specializing in death, dying, and bereavement. Anchored in Malta, NY, she owns Greater Life Grief Counseling, LCSW, and the Center for Informed Grief, LLC. Kelly co-owns Healing Strides, LLC, where emotional and physical well-being intersects in a unique 7-week program for grieving women. Kelly is also a contributing author of "Holistic Mental Health" and "Brave Kids," and lead author in the collaborative book "The Grief Experience: Tools for Acceptance, Resilience and Connection" set to release in February. She is dedicated to revolutionizing grief support by offering tools and insights to individuals and professionals alike.

  • Tracy M. Gilbert, ATR-BC, LMHC

    Tracy Gilbert, ATR-BC, LMHC is a Board Certified Art Therapist and NY Licensed Mental Health program. After working in clinics, non-profits, schools, and hospital settings for 15 years, in 2018 Tracy established a private practice specializing in teens and younger adults who were facing struggles with anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. After guest lecturing and presenting at Russell Sage College multiple times, Tracy was invited to be an Assistant Professor and Program Director for the Creative Arts in Therapies/Expressive Arts in Mental Health program. She continues to maintain a small private practice so that she can be current in her teaching methods. Tracy has a working knowledge (read: rusty fluency) of American Sign Language and is a very beginner at Spanish. She is an avid reader and painter and loves to sing in the car.
