Join us for this live, interactive workshop via Zoom, where we will:
- Explore the rich theoretical foundations of Radical Acceptance, tracing its roots in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the philosophical underpinnings that make radical acceptance a therapeutic “power tool.”
- Identify and “de-bunk” various myths related to Radical Acceptance.
