Expansion Brainspotting (In-Person)

Expansion is a joyful and enlightening class that is transformational for attendees. Expansion is the only Brainspotting Frame that accesses the solution to the issue (problem) or the desired feeling, thoughts and behaviors the client wants. It is not Activated or Resource (less activated) Brainspotting. Expansion Brainspots are far more transcendent and powerful, allowing our clients to fast- forward their deepest needs and desires with “bottom-up” processing.
