Fractured Identity: Antisemitism, Propaganda, and Indoctrination

Fractured identity is not born in isolation—it is methodically shaped by propaganda, social conditioning, and ideological indoctrination. These mechanisms distort truth, fracture perception, and erode the foundations of identity and autonomy. In today’s climate, antisemitism is both a cause and a consequence of fractured identity—weaponizing lies, fueling division, and reinforcing harmful narratives that create deep psychological wounds in individuals, communities, and the broader social fabric.

This training dives into the psychological and neurological processes behind fractured identity, e

From the paradoxes of antisemitism to the entrenchment of belief systems, participants will gain a clear understanding of how internal dissonance and societal breakdown mirror each other—and how they can be addressed through both individual and collective strategies.

We’ll explore the psychological stages that lead to moral disengagement and radicalization, and introduce the BRIDGE system—a trauma-informed communication framework designed to support engagement with individuals entrenched in harmful ideologies. During this section, participants will work through a case example and have the opportunity to engage in breakout groups to explore real-world applications of each step of the BRIDGE model, fostering confidence and clarity in complex conversations.

Ultimately, this training equips mental health professionals, educators, and organizational leaders with the insight and tools to recognize fractured identity in action—and begin the work of restoring wholeness, critical thinking, and ethical integrity within themselves, their communities, and their professions.
