How to do a Brainspotting Intensive
This is a course for Brainspotting Practitioners who want to learn how to do life-changing Intensives with their clientele. It teaches how to do the most effective Intake and Treatment Planning for individuals and couples as well as the most effective combinations of Activated & Expansion Brainspots to maximize results. Participants will receive all necessary paperwork to send to their clients and the forms needed for treatment planning the Intensive.

Learning Objectives
- Identify the five most crucial elements in doing a measurable and customized intake and treatment plan for your Intensive clients. (Diagnosis, Therapeutic Goals, Timeline of Traumatic Events, Negative Cognitions, and Positive Resources)
- Utilize four Expansion Brainspotting Frames for healing shame, imposter syndrome, self-loathing and eliminating pervasive negative cognitions.
- Apply three creative combinations of Activated and Expansion Brainspotting frames to heal unresolved traumatic experiences effectively. These unique combinations and layering are designed to maximize the speed and efficiency at which you can heal childhood and adult traumatic experiences safely.
- Recognize the difference between an Accelerated Body Resource Frame and the Basic Body Resource for clients who are not able to find Expansion Brainspots.

11:10 to 12:15 How to Brainspot thoroughly and effectively. Learn to layer resources on activated spots while having Expansion Spots available. Utilizing Inside/ Outside Window and Rolling Brainspotting for the thoroughness in healing that comes by utilizing the entire visual field, one spot at a time.
12:15 -1:00 Case Examples, Intensive Timeline Options and Questions and Answers on conducting individual and couples Intensives.
