This includes recognizing and nurturing clients' inherent strengths and helping them build new coping mechanisms. The course will present evidence-based strategies to foster resilience, offering mental health professionals valuable tools to enhance their therapeutic practices.
Practical skills are a core focus of this course. Attendees will develop assessment skills to accurately identify and evaluate the impact of trauma on their clients. Strategies for active listening will be covered to improve communication and create a safe therapeutic environment.
